Frontier Kitchen

We make our own pasties, bread and broth in our certified commercial kitchen. Our bread is a 50-50 blend of Nathan’s design and we sell chicken and beef broth. 



A pastie (pass-tee) is a miner’s meat pie and has significance given the mining history of SE Arizona. We make beef, lamb and pork pasties all which contain potatoes and onions. We sell them frozen and hot, both of which are made weekly for every farmers market.
